Job Description:
-Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
-Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with customer).
-Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tools.
Qualification:
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering.
-Prefer Certificate CCNA.
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30. Some Saturday as calendar.
