HOW TO APPLY TO PA&CA

Step 1 : Apply
Starts searching for position that you are interested in and apply with your resume via these channels Online Form

Step 2 : Set up Interview
After you have applied to PA&CA Recruitment. Please allow up to 3 days for our officer to contact you back to set up an interview. However, you call us to set up an interview on your convenience date
Step 3 : Prior to the Interview
On the interview day, you will be asked to fill up our application form and take an English test. For accounting candidates you have to take Accounting Test. *Please note that the result of English test will take no effect on your interview result.
Step 4 : Interview
You will have two interviews. One in Thai another one in English. However, if candidate can communicate in Japanese, there will be an brief interview in Japanese as well.
Step 5 : After Interview
Our consultants will process your information and we will search for a job from our clients that is most suitable for you.

Getting a job through PA&CA Recruitment
Step 6 : Available position
PA&CA receives new available position orders from our customers, everyday. We will search for the most suitable candidates for those positions. We will keep looking for candidate until the position is filled.
Step 7 : Introduce job to candidate
Our consultants will contact you once they found available that match with your background. They will give brief information about our customer’s company, job description, etc. If you are interested in that position, we will forward your profile to our clients and set up another interview.
Step 8 : Interview with client
Once our clients satisfy with your profile, another interview will be set up. You will have another interview with our clients. Our consultants will coach you and give you advice for your interview.

Step 10 : Satisfactory
Our consultants will keep in touch with you until you pass probation period. We will make sure that you satisfy with your new working environment.
Walk-In Interview
Walk - In Candiate is welcome. However, we are highly recommend you to fill in Application form and print out then bring it with you to PA & CA
If the interview result is positive, our clients accept to employ you to their company. You will start working with our client company according to the agreement. You will not be charged for our service.
Step 10 : Satisfactory
Our consultants will keep in touch with you until you pass probation period. We will make sure that you satisfy with your new working environment.
Walk-In Interview
