Privacy Policy of PA&CA Recruitment Co., Ltd.
PA&CA Recruitment Co., Ltd. (hereafter called PA&CA) establishes Privacy Policy to handle of information including personal information for users of recruitment service and outsourcing service (hereafter called Candidate) provided by PA&CA.
1. Information to be collected
PA&CA would collect the following information based on the consent of Candidate.
・Name
・Sex
・Date of birth
・Photo
・Nationality
・ID card number, Passport number
・Email address, Phone number
・Address
・Marial status, Number of children
・Family structure
・Posession of own car and driving license
・Education, Working history, Salary information
・Language skill, and any other skills concerned with jobs
2. Purpose of usage
PA&CA would use these information only for the purpose as follows.
・To search vacant positions that is suitable for Candidate’s need and ability
・To introduce suitable positions to Candidate, arrange interview, negotiate employment conditions
・To send Candidate’s resume to PA&CA’s customers that are looking for positions.
・To investigate Candidate’s past employment and activities. (if necessary)
3. Provision of Personal Information to the third party
The third party who discloses each information that PA&CA received from Candidate is only for recruitment process, and PA&CA will not provide any Personal Information of Candidate to the third party without the consent of Candidate.
4. Storage period
Information received from Candidate will be retained for 5 years, and please noted that the storage period might be extended if PA&CA received the consent of Candidate.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
When Candidate seeks to disclose his/her own Personal Information that is held by PA&CA, PA&CA will promptly disclose to the Candidate after confirming that the request is made by the Candidate him/herself.
6. Correction of Personal Information and suspension of use
(1)When Candidate requests correction, addition, or deletion of Personal Information content, it is confirmed that the request is made by Candidate him/herself, PA&CA will conduct a survey without delay, and based on the results, PA&CA will correct, add or delete the contents of Personal Information and notify the Candidate to that effect.
(2) When Candidate requests the suspension or deletion of Personal Information, it is confirmed that the request is made by Candidate him/herself, PA&CA will conduct a survey without delay, and based on the results, PA&CA will suspend or delete the Personal Information and notify the Candidate to that effect.
